Sickening. And there are people who wonder why mtb'ers build illegal trails everywhere. I still think all the riders from Washington needs to throw a shit fit about this to the right person and talk about the money that this gov't "expert" just cost Bellingham and how that 3rd generation logging forest wasn't being harmed by those trails. That way they could get someone behind them that is over this guys head. Or maybe someone should just go tear up that fat dudes golf course for disrupting the natural environment. I'm sure he will understand.

It depends. Sometimes I'll make hand sketches, sometimes I'll draw up sections of the frame in 3D modelling software, and sometimes I just experiment. I have built frames for others where they have supplied complete drawings themselves.

Thanks! I'm more likely to work on a touring type bike next, but I'm sure I'll come back to another full suspension bike at some point, most likely aluminum.
